Can anyone give me any information on this, a friend of mine has been given it to calm diarrhoea but is worried about taking it?

Colpermin is peppermint oil in a capsule. It can help calm the guts. Worth a try and it's not to harsh. It helped me a bit with bloating and wind

Just started taking it for bloating and find it works well, taking it on advice of pharmacist. Buying it over the counter. Good for wind and excess gas and air
