Voice weak after thyroidectomy
I had a thyroidectomy 5 years ago and after surgery had a check on vocal cords which were fine. However my voice has recently become a bit weaker and I constantly have to cough to clear my throat. Is this normal so long after surgery?

PSA 8 months after EBRT
I need some reassurance. I tend to worry a little bit so please let me know if the following is or could be somewhat normal. As per my history, I had 4+3 per Dr. Epstein, had Pylarify with no mets, seed implant LD brachytherapy in July 2023, EBRT 28 treatments finishing first of Oct 2023. RO said ADT

Falling ALT - Pathway to Sarcopenia? - More Exercise Needed?
Two years in to my de novo high volume metastatic prostate cancer diagnosis, I am pleased to report excellent results so far with triplet therapy (Docetaxel chemo completed, Abiraterone ARPI, Firmagon/Degarelix GnRH antagonist as ADT). However I would be grateful for any advice today.

Could This Alternative Regiment Be Decelerating My PSA?
Between Summer of 2021 and Summer of 2023--two solid years--my PSA went from 11.5 to 15.3, roughly two points per year. Having concern about my PSA, I ventured into a more "aggressive anti-prostate cancer diet," centered around legumes/black, purple, wild rices/walnuts/flaxseed/tomato paste

Best alternative PET for PSMA negative PCa
Asking for a friend. He was diagnosed 3 years ago with high risk high volume (Gleason 3+5) PCa. Treated with EBRT + LDRBT + ADT (18 months). His PSA was undetectable but is now rising (3+) but PSMA-PET was negative, even in the prostate - implying PSMA non-avid cancer. What would be the best non-PSMA

Post radiation and low(er) testosterone
Hi, Just wondering if anyone has had similar experience. I had radiation for prostate cancer in December/January (getting out to about six months post treatment). My testosterone is sitting in the low 300's so on the low end of the reference range but still within it. I had been on testosterone replacement

ADT failure
We saw my Dad's MO on 5/23. Over the course of 4 weeks my dad's PSA moved from 1.46 to 2.14, He said we need to be on Zytiga for three months before we can deem it a failure, but just like Xtandi, it appears my dad had limited help with it. We have talked about the next steps, chemo and pluvicto. My

Have you done Cabazitaxel before Docetaxel?
If you did Cabazitaxel before docetaxel, then let me know what your experience was like. I know Cabazitaxel comes after Docetaxel.
