Is Bradypnea and Tachypnea normal?
It’s been 16 months since my cryoablation and my FitBit has logged a few incidences of bradypnea and tachypnea. The charts also show pauses like I didn’t take a breath at all overnight. I am still being monitored by an implantable loop monitor but just wondering if anyone is familiar with this and is

Update re RA and associated Colitis
Yep it's colitis following colonoscopy biopsy results. They are of the impression it is microscopic colitis (associated to auto immune diseases) but not 100% sure. So the handle is unspecified colitis which is a common saying. Treatment is steroids. It's been a long journey after being told for years

Salazopyrin
Hi advice on Salazopyrin I've been taking Salazopyrin for some months with regular blood tests. Inflammatory arthritis and colitis. All was going well until I received a phone call to say stop taking them because my last blood test showed a problem with red blood count. I've googled excessively until

Golimumab v. Rituximab? What is others' experience?
After being advised of liver and lung problems attributed to long term use of methotrexate (10mg weekly subcut), it has been suggested I move from a combination of Golimumab/methotrexate to Rituximab alone. From a layman's point of view, apart from a persistent cough) my RA was under perfect control

Ulcerative colitis
Does anyone have experience of this, please? I have had SLE/Lupus for 38 years (I am now 74) and am waiting for an urgent referral for a possible colonoscopy. I am wondering if I could have ulcerative colitis and would like to hear from anyone who has knowledge of it. Thank you.☺️

Had enough, constant pain
have woken up in such pain today, and been in bed most Of the day. I’ve taken 2 lots of codeine, paracetamol and hot water bottle. I’ve never felt bed bound with this I can usually at least watch tv. I’m on day 4 since having my first Zoladex injection. I’m so fed up of this. Sorry a pointless message

An indicator in the blood could guide lupus treatment

They also found that people with a particular indicator in their

How to take octasa?
Hi, I'm newly diagnosed with "indeterminate colitis". Just been prescribed octasa 800 X 3 per day. Any thoughts on whether to take as 3 separate doses or all in one go would be welcome. Thank you.
