We all know of the problems stress can cause for ibs. I have also noticed when ever I do any gardening, moving pots of plants or bending over to weed. Results in spasm pain for 2-3 days.Wonder if others have found the same. Thankfully buscopan helps.

Oh yes. Every time I bend over to do weeding ect ect, when I straighten up I get a horrible stabbing pain in the left groin. Sometimes both, and after approx 20 mins or so. I'm stiff as a border and guts are sensitive.

I get tummy ache quite often and when I do more housework or gardening it seems to bring it on. House work and gardening involves lots of bending over so I think there may be a connection for me too.
