DXA Bone Density T score Lumbar spine from -4.0 to -3.6
For the past two years I have been taking Marine
collagen
, vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium. I also started Pilates on 11/2021 and I go 4-5 a week. I have to see my doctor next week, but was wondering if anyone knows if this is an indication that what I'm doing seems to be working?

Over 60 with scars.
For years i have taken really good care of my skin and have often been told i look years younger than my age but as I get older I have noticed my skin texture getting worse due to loss of
collagen
I suppose which exposes the scar tissue.

ADT collagen/cartilage issues
Taking a pole I’m in my 4th year of ADT (eligard/Zytiga) and my joints are weaker..most Achilles issues. now both my eyes are affected..vitriol membrane humour separation leaving me with dancing Weiss ring floaters disrupting my field if vision. I’m quite myopic so they tell me it’s a risk factor. Wonder

Where there are more regular arrays of
collagen
fibres. Press that bit deeper and you might feel it. These layers all do different things for movement. Without separation. So its not a linear 3 layers. They interplay. Just like everything does in our body.

Popular skin wrinkle treatment could help IVF - Israeli study
Today, HA is made from ingredients derived from animals, specifically
collagen
in rooster combs. It is obtained by bio-fermentation, a process using lactic acid bacteria. Then it is collected, purified and dehydrated to form a powder. When added to water, it forms a more or less textured gel.

bundles and elastin fibers are increased when Red and Infrared energy is used in conjunction with each other. However, the two wavelengths should never be used simultaneously due to possible wavelength interference.
