Anyone tried Collagen?
Was talking to my physio who also has IBS and she told me I should try taking
Collagen
powder. I have been doing some reading on it and seen that it not only helps hair and nails but in some studies it has been shown to help improve joint pain as well as GI issues in people with IBS.

Collagen and Carviovascular health
Hi - My wife (42) started taking
collagen
on the advice of her neighbour. I looked up the benefits of it for men and noticed that most articles that came up listed the cardiovascular related benefits of taking it - and to my understanding these are magnified if you have a-fib.

THE GOOD NEWS...long term steroid use can cause the above because of a breakdown in the

Loose hanging skin on body
I am on steroids by the way but it isn't that - they seem to help - it is a
collagen
issue but not sure how to get round it. The more thyroid hormone I take the worse it gets.

Tendon health and hypothyroidism
After over a year of reactive tendinitis in both my upper and lower body, through this group I have only just discovered that thyroxine directly affects
collagen
synthesis (necessary for tendon repair).

For the past two years I have been taking Marine
collagen
, vitamin D, calcium, and magnesium. I also started Pilates on 11/2021 and I go 4-5 a week. I have to see my doctor next week, but was wondering if anyone knows if this is an indication that what I'm doing seems to be working?

Marine Collagen for Osteoarthritis
I have searched the internet snd it seems Marine
collagen
has no Omega 3. Pain specialist wasn’t up on anything except the pharmaceuticals. Does the liquid marine
collagen
or any
collagen
supplement help with your pain. Thank you for any comments or experience you may have.
