Have any of you ever tried collagen supplements and if so how did you find them

Collagen
I've never taken collagen supplements myself.
Collagen supplements are usually made from cows - specifically their hides and connective tissue. Marine collagen is made from fish.
I found this (commercial) link that might be of interest, although I know nothing about the company and I'm not making a recommendation :

I don't know what the economics of taking collagen supplements are, but you can get gelatin (or gelatine) from places that stock ingredients for baking, such as Tesco and other supermarkets :

I also looked up ordinary jelly, which is also made from animal gelatine, although in this case is made of pork gelatine.

The above product has sugar in, but sugar-free varieties are available.
It might be cheaper to buy plain gelatin and take a small amount per day instead of a pill - but I'm only guessing and you'd have to do the cost comparisons yourself.
I have very recently started taking organic collagen - but just within the last month so too early to tell! If I remember in three months I'll let you know.
Hi there, which one are you actually taking ? I also just started taking these collagen supps from vitaminexpress.org/uk/colla... as they were recommended from many of my friends... but yeah if you have any pointers i would be glad to hear them
