Is Vitamin C ok to take with my other meds?
Hi I would like to start on
collagen
for my bones and my ageing skin. But most seem to contain Vitamin C. I have it in my head that I shouldn't take vitamin C for some reason but I don't know why.

Collagen protein or supplements: Can they affect lupus blood test results
I take supplements and
collagen
to feel better. I was wondering if that might change results on a lupus blood tests. I've had a lifelong problem with low iron and B12. A lot of allergies. My joints have hurt for about 3 years now, but
collagen
really helps.

Coffee and collagen
Also I started taking Marine
collagen
around 9 months ago. For financial reasons I changed to Bovine
collagen
which I dissolve in my decaff coffee each morning. This change was about the same time my Levo brand changed to Almus/Accord, 6 weeks ago.

Struggling a bit
Just normal things like wearing fake tan, using
collagen
supplements etc. nothing random or “risky” (I’m a bit safe and boring), just everyday life. I’m very anxious and tearful all the time.

Thyroid and Supplements to help Perimenopause
I started on
Collagen
which has helped with joint pain and saw a GP last week who suggested Black Cohosh and Red Clover to see how I go on before looking at possible HRT. Does anyone know if these are suitable for Hypo as I think the Red Clover contains isoflavones similar to soy ???

I've also been taking bromelain supplements, Omega 3, Selenium, coq10, hyaluronic acid, and
collagen
. I also made sure to get my thyroid at a good number because I have hypothyroidism. This was a "high quality" AB blastocyst, created with ICSI.
