Collagen protein or supplements: Can they affect lupus blood test results

Hi, i'll be doing some standard tests to see if i have lupus. I take supplements and collagen to feel better. I was wondering if that might change results on a lupus blood tests. I've had a lifelong problem with low iron and B12. A lot of allergies. My joints have hurt for about 3 years now, but collagen really helps.

I probably dont have it, but i dont want to mess up results. I don't seem to have a problem with UV except some eczema when its like the first hot sunny day of the year. I have no skin problems except a few benign dermatofibromas that have appeared. I do seem to often have some low grade inflammation going on. For instance i'll fail an asthma test on the lowest possible level, but don't think i really suffer from it. My ankles swell a bit. Ibuprofen always makes me feel better.
