I wonder if anyone is able to share their optimal timing schedule- I feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day for all the different tablets with their exclusion zones! Not to mention fitting coffee into the day! This is what I currently take:
But then yesterday I saw a reply mentioning that I oughtn’t to take levo alongside the HRT so am now a bit stuck as to where I move the HRT - can it be taken with iron? I don’t have any tolerance problems with anything, just trying to maximise my body’s uptake.
thanks in advance for any help.

oh, didn’t realise about the biotin - I get all my info about supplements from here (GP advises against any as my blood tests always show just within bottom range), so must have read it somewhere. Will reduce - what levels do most people need?
Thanks for your help- will take iron mid afternoon 2 hours after my last coffee.
Thorne Basic B recommended vitamin B complex that contains folate, but they are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule)
currently approx £18 on eBay
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate methyl folate supplement
Are you on strictly gluten free diet or dairy free diet
As you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test
If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal
