Latest blood test - am so discouraged - overmedicated to undermedicated

Latest bloods
My latest blood results. I normally take S-Thyroid x 1 per day and T3 x 1 per day but ran out of my T3 over 1 month ago and still waiting on more. I have been very lax on my B12 and Vit D so can clearly see I need to get supplementing with them again, I think all the co factors put me off and so much

I need some advice.
I've had underactive thyroid for over 30 years now. Endo tested me because I had achy wrists after having my baby. I already had type 1 diabetes. My bloods have been more or less ok over the years but with a little ott behaviour and shakiness, which I put down to my diabetes. I took 75mcg thyroxine

New labs after abstaining from all(!) supplements for a month. Previous tests were done after only eight days and therefore meaningless
In my last post about my results, after abstaining from ALL supplements for about eight days, including metavive and adrenavive (whole bovine/porcine gland and whole adrenal gland respectively) I had blood tests and reported the following: Ft3 4.6 pmol/L (3.5 - 6.5) TSH mU/L< 0.03 (0.35 - 5.5) Ft4

Endo Appt Bloods Results
Good morning everyone 👋. Hope you are having a good day. I have been waiting for these results to come through and they arrived this morning. Appreciate any comments or insights. My appt with my Endo was good. I took my husband along. As a lip reader, wearing masks was difficult but we managed.

Any advice? Can’t take carbimazole
Hi all. Mine is a bit of a long story but I’d be interested in your thoughts. At the beginning of June, I started having palpitations, racing heart rate, breathlessness etc. Went to GP who did a whole bunch of bloods. All were normal except: TSH <0.02 [0.3-5] free t3 42.2 [3.1-6.8] I was put on 40mg

Hashimoto TPO antibodies query
Hi group At my last blood test I had low levels of TPO which was classed within normal range. Does the fact you have a low level of the antibodies mean there is a risk of the antibody increase at a later date? Thanks! X
