This paper indicates that pregant women with subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) and TPO antibodies are more prone to miscarriage. Downloadable. TSH of 2.5 and above as a marker for treatment is interesting.

High Prevalence of Subclinical Hypothyroidism and TPO Antibody Positivity Among Women with a History of Miscarriage or Infertility

3 Aug 2020

doi.org/10.1089/ct.2020;32....

Conclusions

.The prevalence of undiagnosed overt thyroid T was low in asymptomatic women with a history of miscarriage or infertility. The prevalence of SCH was higher, with increased risks seen particularly in those with higher BMI or Asian ethnicity. Using a TSH with an upper limit set at 2.5 mIU/L may identify a significant proportion of women with a history of miscarriage or infertility who will require treatment.
