Latest bloods

My latest blood results. I normally take S-Thyroid x 1 per day and T3 x 1 per day but ran out of my T3 over 1 month ago and still waiting on more. I have been very lax on my B12 and Vit D so can clearly see I need to get supplementing with them again, I think all the co factors put me off and so much different advice. My TSH has gotten very high as last bloods it was at 0.01. Can anyone advise on my FT3 +FT4 results, thinking they are too low.

I'd say you are under-medicated. Once on thyroid meds, the aim is to have a TSH of less than 2, and probably less than 1, and free T4 and free T3 in the top third - often the top quartile -of the range.

Your TSH is much more than this and free T4 is relatively feeble at 21% and free T3 an even worse 13.3% through range - so both need to be MUCH higher x

Thank you! I ran out of T3 over a month ago so I suspect this is why TSH is bad again.

If it happens again maybe increase levo until you can get hold of more T3 meds - eg 100 mcg of T4 meds for 20/25 mcg of T3 ...
