Went Gluten Free and TPO Antibodies went from 130 to 17 in 3 months - now overmediated? Feel horrible!
Still trying to figure out why I feel so bad on and off - debilitating fatigue, head pressure, high pulse & blood pressure, body aches, cannot exercise!! Anyone out there go gluten free and have to reduce their meds due to antibodies dropping so much? I have classic symptoms of overmedication now "Thyrotoxicosis

Doc wants me to stay on 25mcg levo, what do you think?
Hi, I have Hashi's and am strict gf, df, with all the usual supplements (selenium, Vit D and K2, B complex, methylated folate, Magnesium and Vit C) and take low dose naltrexone to keep the auto-immunity in check. I started 25mcg levothyroxine, Teva brand, 6 weeks ago and just got my NHS and Medichecks

Back on Levo 100 after failed Naturethroid trial
Hi Had a trial of Naturethroid v carefully increasing dose to 2 Grains - previously on Levo 100 . But bloods and symptoms proved it to not work for me . So I’ve been back on Levo for 6.5 weeks and just had blds retested as I was thinking of trying Armour when I got back to where I was before the trial

Mild rant, may have gone in a circle
Called endo and she honored my request for an Ft3 test so I got it done yesterday and hope to get a better picture of t3 situation. I havent recently seen the functional med doc and have stopped all supplements due to my stomach issues. I could see there was quite a difference, infact my b12 is still

Made a decision to have further tests done
Hi all. Following a horrible week of symptoms I've finally decided to take charge of my own health and have further tests done. I have benefitted massively from advice here so thanks to everyone who has so far responded to my posts. It truly is comforting to know you're not alone, not going mad and it's

Please help! Thyroid confusion!!
How is my endocrinologist telling me a free t3 of 2.1 (2.0-4.9) is normal? I have every hypo symptom you can imagine. 2.1 is a very low free t3 level, correct? My tsh is 2.2 (.5-4.5) Free t4 is 1.1 (.8-1.8) TPO 13 What would be my best course of action? I need more t3, correct? My t4 is not converting

Further blood results - advice please
Hello Further to some really helpful advice on here recently I have asked my GP for some more blood tests. To give some background I was diagnosed with hypo and hashimotos in July and am now taking 75mcg of Thyroxine. I do feel much better than I was but I still don't feel normal. GP just advised iron

IFAB negative - should I pursue diagnosis?
Hi I'm new here and was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to proceed with my GP? I'm 55 years old and for the last year or so I have been suffering from hot flashes, extreme fatigue, depression, palpitations and back pain. I had a heart attack 6 years ago so my GP investigated for heart arrythmia

So fed up with patronising doctors
I’ve been exhausted and unable to work for a year and a half. The slow progression into illness seriously started just over 2.5 years ago. I have TPO antibodies and LOADS of hypo symptoms (and have for years even when well) but I’m not overweight and my blood tests aren’t low enough for them to pay

Conversion Issues
I went off all thyroid meds, per doc’s orders because she said the doc that prescribed me meds in the first place shouldn’t have because my tsh was 2.0. Now off meds for 4 months my TSH 2.2 (.5-4.5) Free t4 1.1 (.8-1.8) Free t3 2.1 (2.0- 4.9) TPO- 13 (<9) Needless to say I feel like complete crap,

Tgb/Tpo + suppressed TSH
I'm trying so hard to understand thyroid function and results, reading links here and googling. but still struggling. If TSH is deemed "suppressed" but FT4 and FT3 are 'within range' and Tpo is high (well above range) with Tgb on low side of range does that clearly show a definite diagnosis? Should
