Beta Hell
Hoping someone can give me some hope. I experienced a small bleed at 16dp5dt therefore went in for my first beta at 17dp5dt. (My clinic didn't offer betas originally). At 17dpt my HCG level was 8159. At 19dpt my HCG was 12,176 and at 21dpt my HCG was17,131 (today). My clinic are concerned as my HCG is

12dp6dt and BFN, is this over?
I'm 12dp6dt today. I had almost no symptoms up to this morning when I woke up to cramps like my usual periods. The blood on the pad/bowl looks like the kind of bleeding I get on Day 1 of period. Took a home pregnancy test and there wasn't even a faint line. From your experience, does this sound like

BFP - I don’t believe it.
All, Today is OTD. Not my first had several (6/7 transfers including doubles over the years). As I left, I stopped by the reception and booked in my follow up as I was already the answer and I was expecting this cycle to be exactly like all the others. I was uber organised. Took my sharps bin

Blood Tests
Hello, I was just wondering, when people have had the CA125 test, have they had a number of other blood tests along side it? I’ve been sent for CA125, CEA, AFP, LDH and HCG. I had an ultrasound three weeks ago which showed a large cyst and bigger endometriomas than my previous scan last summer,

7dp5dt Hcg 74 (IU/l)
So, after 4 failed IVF rounds behind us, I wanted to find out if our 5th round embryos have stared to implant at all. All I ever had previously were stark white BFNs. I have never ever had a positive pregnancy test in my hand and we have been trying for the last 8 years. I tested negative on 6dp5dt (

The Role of New Technologies in Myeloproliferative Neoplasms
I was reviewing some of the items in my bookmarked resources and came across this article from 2019. It was worth a reread. The article is a literature review and has some very interesting references regarding various issues related to MPNs, including information about the three driver mutations.

Why the line test is darker with second morning urine? 15dp5dt (20dpo)
Hi ladies. I got a beta HCG level of 79 yesterday (at 14dp5dt), a very low number. I tested today with FMU e SMU and with SMU the line is visibly darker, I wonder why? Also, do you think there is a small progression from yesterday, if you compare the 14dp5dt test with the one I took this morning with

Low first beta at 14pt5dt
Hello ladies. My first beta this morning was 79, I know it’s a very low number and I have to repeat the blood draw in a week (I’ll be at 21pt5dt). What are my chances? None, right? :( I feel very depressed right now, I almost would have preferred a lower HCG level to be able to quit all meds and move

Pelabresib in Combination With Ruxolitinib for Myelofibrosis
“To our knowledge, the MANIFEST trial in JAKi treatment-naïve patients is the first study with a rational combination of BETi pelabresib and ruxolitinib that showed clinically meaningful durable improvements in splenomegaly and symptoms, was associated with biomarker findings indicating potential disease

bfp then hcg levels went from 530 to 350. Is it all over? My clinic said it's a MC. Even though this was a natural conception post ivf
has anyone had their hcg levels drop then still have a pregnancy? I'm still craving things and feel the symptoms. But the clinic said not to take any steroids or lubion progesterone ( only started them 2 days ago but found out I had lower hcg levels yesterday evening. I've not had a bleed yet had spotting
