Hoping someone can give me some hope. I experienced a small bleed at 16dp5dt therefore went in for my first beta at 17dp5dt. (My clinic didn't offer betas originally). At 17dpt my HCG level was 8159. At 19dpt my HCG was 12,176 and at 21dpt my HCG was17,131 (today). My clinic are concerned as my HCG is not doubling every 48 hours as it should and have brought my first scan forwards to this Wednesday. I am riddled with anxiety and really don't have a good feeling due to them not doubling, but rising. Any success stories?!

Hi Charleygee. Just hoping little one is in an early stop start mode. Only Wednesday ‘
s scan will let you know. Thinking of you and good luck. Diane
hello, sorry no experience here (although those do look like lovely high levels of Hcg!) but just wanted to say I hope all goes well for your scan.
Another positive I see is that the clinic obviously think there is hope - if they didn’t they would probably say to stop meds and wait for a bleed. Fingers crossed for you x
Charlygee I have found this page that helps with Hcg levels, doubling time etc. singlemodernmom.com/2012/08...
Those numbers look on the very high side. Either it's great or could be a sign of an issue (high hcg with irregular rises can be a symptom of embryonic issues). Everyone is different. Hcg numbers do slow down in terms of growth when they get higher, so it may be is just that you rise quickly and then slow down quicker than others.
Good luck!
Hi there. If you look at my one and only post you will see that I was in the same situation and it all worked out. From reading at the time hcg slows down once it goes over 6,000 I think it is.I now have a beautiful 7 month old baby girl💗
Hello! Sorry to jump on this. I didn’t realise HCG slows down once is over 6000. I am 6 weeks today and my beta test yesterday was 8804 (I expected it to be higher). I just assumed it has stopped developing. It was doubling nicely right up until a few days ago…
