to glucosamine on its own? Would like to keep on with my running..Thanks

An Ickle Surprise...
It was too much a coincidence to ignore, so off we went to buy a new pack of food supplement tablets containing Glucosamine Sulphate (500 mg),
Chondroitin
Sulphate (400 mg) and Vitamin C. The RLS was gone again the following night.

We are trying taking glucosamine and
chondroitin
supplements. Is there anything else we could do? I would hate to give this up!

Methotrexate & Supplements
And I take Glucosamine,
Chondroitin
, Cod liver oil, MSM, turmeric and Vitamin D every day. I also take Folic avid (but not on methotrexate day). My sister who is newly diagnosed has been told by her specialist not to take supplements but mine has said nothing.

Almost forgot also taking Glucosamine +
Chondroitin

Joint and bone aching pain
Last week I was prescribed Co-codamol, Naproxen and Omeprazole which I am taking (along with my usual Glucosamine &
Chondroitin
MSM, Cod liver oil, Calcium and vitamin D). Applying heat to a particularly sore area helps a bit, but was wondering if anyone has any other advice which might help.

Bladder Instillation for OAB
The therapy is a bladder instillation of 0.2%
chondroitin
suplhate. It is being used when anticholinergic medications do not work, and the response has been good in the two studies done so far. Has anyone in the group who might be in a country where this approved tried this and had success?

Day 2 - Continuing Naproxen
I felt like a normal person again, so went for a lunch at my local Italian (took my Naprozen) then headed to Holland and Barrett to see if I could take something to also aid with my joint pains (and help rebuild/strengthen my cartilage) The shop assistant advised me to try Glucosamine -

PLANNING………………...REPLANNING.
Doing my own research, I discovered glucosamine with
chondroitin
, which I duly started to take daily. The result was that within a year my knees were back to normal and without pain.

I am taking D3 most days 75ug, a B complex, Coenzyme Q10 60 mg, Glucosamine
Chondroitin
complex (1500 mg glu sulphate 2KCI, 1200 mg chon sulphate), ultra cod liver oil plus omega 3 2 capsules daily. I realise that I need to supplement my B12 and also need to add K2.

Having strong muscular pain and weakness primarily in legs and hips.
I also feel very tired all the time and bought a supplement containing glucosamine and
chondroitin
and am taking that 2x a day. This Wednesday I am seeing my new cardiologist and will be interested to see what he thinks of my stopping the statin drug.
