Cold Laser Therapy?
Hello, I have primary lower leg lymphedema, and currently am uncontrolled in the left leg. My chiropractor has offered to do cold laser therapy to see if it will help my leg swelling go down. I am a little nervous, but am also frustrated that the swelling hasn't improved since my fall in March.

worried about colon issues.
hello guys, I’ve got a lot to run over. I’ve recently had bowel changes over the last year. Some red spotting very small on toilet paper. I’ve had hemorriods before and did a fecal test and no blood was found in my poop. I deal with constipation and feeling like I have to go but can’t sometimes or just

How long do b vitamins take to work
Hi guys I hope you can give me some hope. I’ve had bilateral paresthesias in my feet and lower legs for a good year now and 2 months ago I realised that b 12 deficiency is a strong possibility. ( I’ve had loads of other treatment previously from chiropractor, physio and doing lots of core strengthening

Still Waiting
I’ve been in agony for ages, it all started last April, pain in my lower left side that started as a dull ache but just got progressively worse. It’s around the hip, buttocks, lower left leg and sometimes as high as under the rib cage. After keeping a pain diary I’ve noticed it does flare up around the

Climbing stairs!
After my Chiropractor appt. yesterday, I went to the Wellness Center and climbed the stairs. What a great feeling! It's similar to using the Eliptical Trainer, but not using your arms. Leslie

Looking for peer reviewed studies about vitamins and Thyroid
There's a lot of talk on this forum about the importance of Vitamin B, Ferritin, Selenium and others in combating thyroid disease. Before I ask my Endo to test for the levels of vitamins in my blood, I'd like to be able to substantiate these claims with some research. He typically tests for TSH, T3,

I've been seeing a chiropractor who has really helped and I am back running but don't seem to be getting the root cause,

Looks like Central Hypothyroidism - advice for approaching the GP...
Hi - I've been away from here for a year or so, I needed to stop obsessing over blood test results. My results were never "bad enough" to make a trip to the GP worthwhile - anyway, after suffering with rib pain, my Chiropractor advised me to check my thyroid: 2/02/2022 TSH 1.5 (0.27-4.2) T4 11.7 (12

W3r3 done feeling niggly knees...
Well I got through that one, although mind goes to niggly knees, so knocks my confidence. I believe I'm correct in thinking not to worry too much about minor knee ache niggles and just carry on and see how it goes as wearing knee supports, and been taking a supplement. I think some weight loss and knee

Almost 4 years with Neurological symptoms. Been to my share of Doctors, wondering and trying not to worry.
After a head injury in the Summer of 2019, I noticed several symptoms 3 mths later. I also had injury's in sports when I was younger. My begining symptoms were Frequent urination, dizzynes when standing, major loss of libido, flu like symptoms at night, apathy, short term memory problems, mood swings

Back Pain after Bone Marrow Biopsy
Good Afternoon, I had a Bone Marrow Biopsy back in February of 2021 and have recently been having lower back pains. I've gone to a Chiropractor and she said it may be a pinched nerve. I'm just wondering if anyone has had any back pain from a Biopsy.

Steroid injections for back pain.
I have osteoporosis following a crack in my right femur which was not set or pinned in 2015 when I had an accident. The right leg deviated out to the right. Over 18 months to 2 years I had 3 steroid injections into my spine. No one told me about risks. Last November I had my leg straightened. This
