Severe anxiety
Came across this and thought I might give it a try since no one else wants to listen about my crippling anxiety and now depression. Since I turned 18 right before school started, I’ve had a downward slope of anxiety. School is my main reason why I get it. But in general I’ve realized I’ve always had

2year old constipated - help
My 2 year old daughter has been constipated for 6 months, she has been holding on and not going. Have tried Senna, pico sulfate (??) and lactulose. Now on paed movicol. She has up to 4 sachets a day and still nothing. Sometimes she does go and I think we are ok again but mostly she doesn't. It's so hard

Hi I'm new here, looking for advice on where to turn to with my symptoms.
Hi I am a 58 year old female. I started with pelvic/pubic pain 2 and half years ago after a bad attack of shingles. After the shingles cleared up I was left with pain very low down on my abdomen. Doctor said it was post herpatic neuralgia. Suffering from frozen shoulder at the same time so prescribed

Progress and setbacks??
Still dealing with dizziness and headaches. I HATE not knowing what’s causing these symptoms. The meds, the anxiety, the concussion? Plus I started wearing prism glasses for the concussion so is it those?? Seeing an upper cervical chiropractor tomorrow since they use xrays to look for misalignments closer

Herbal supplements
Good afternoon, I have CKD 3. Creatine 1.24 GFR 57 I had the unfortunate occurrence to have a car accident several years ago and I am now needing chiropractor treatment. I’ve advised the Dr of my condition and the use of NSAIDS. He suggested a herbal supplement like Boswellia. Which is still a NSAID

Do I have endometriosis?
I’ve had really bad hip/pelvic pain for years which is still un diagnosed. I’ve had blood tests, seen physios in the NHS, private physio, chiropractor, osteopath and a muscoskeltal specialist and still no one has a clue what it is. I have been told to take ibuprofen, codeine (which makes me feel ill)

Day 1😬🏃🏻♀️
I’ve been given the ‘green light’ by my Chiropractor to start running. We thought the C25K was the best option. So taking her advice I’ve hired a treadmill, it’s here and I am ready to go! Does anyone have any advice? Warnings of pitfalls and motivational gems appreciated. I’m female, 51 and have some

The worst migranes ever after coming off the evra patch..
Hi all I was wondering if anyone could share some experiences/advice. I came off my evera patch last saturday (so it's been 8 days today) and since I've come off it I've been experiencing the WORST migranes ever. I can barely keep my eyes open and this has been happening for the last 5 days to date.

Other alternatives
I tried both and it did not work for me. I was In agony after acupuncture, tried a chiropractor who said it was a pulled muscle, waste of money for me. Reiki is always nice but what did it do for me I am not sure. Tramadol & genpain helped at first. Hydrotherapy helps Best to try and see

Statins and general update!
Had a fasting blood test for high cholesterol (second - first test gave 7+ result) last week. Due to hand foot and mouth and terrible state of nails they added on blood tests for diet deficiencies. So. First fab report is that nail lady fixed my poorly nails and they feel amazing. I phoned for bloods

Constant headache for just over 6 years
Looking for some advice, so to give you an insight and understanding...In August 2012, I started experiencing horrendous headaches, went for an optician appointment and was given glasses to help but this never helped so 6 weeks later went back and they did various of tests and told me to go to the eye

Chiropractor
Has anyone ever experienced help for RLS from a chiropractor? I noticed one was recommended by the RLS Foundation. But I saw him today and I was a bit discouraged. Any thoughts?

W6r1 - new to treadmill and calf pain gone
Well that was interesting. As you can see from the picture and as most of you will be experiencing there is a fair bit of snow this morning. I nearly put off running till Monday but then I thought I’d try something new: a treadmill run. I had to ask the guy at the gym how to make the treadmill work
