Hi all, I am B12 deficient (which was initially suspected in December 2018, following declining health), with prior 6 month history of worsening peripheral neuropathy, worsening exercise intolerance, syncope and frequent pre-syncope and long standing (at least until I started on B12 replacement in December

Handling Emotional Pain Part 1
This post has more than one part because of its length. In my last post https://healthunlocked.com/painconcern/posts/140506598/2rd-post-series-part-4-useful-word I spoke about an event that took place when I was about 15 when I came close to committing suicide and a definition of Mind Rape. I also mentioned

This is working for us! Want to help someone else if this story looks similar to your child or teen
I am posting this because there has to be someone else out there this may help. I have hope right now for my teen and I want to share this. I can't tell you how happy I am right now. We still have a long road I'm sure, and we have had a tremendous number of ups and downs over the years. We tried everything

Severe fatigue and brain fog destroying my life
Hello friends, I have been dealing with these same issues for far too long! Little long, but here goes: Starting when I was 16, I woke up one day and noticed I was a little tired for some odd reason. I have been tired ever since that day. I am currently a 23 year old otherwise healthy male. Not

Rls gone at present
Hi everyone.. I'd just like to share my latest experience with rls. I've had it on and off for several years now,but recently it was for longer durations. I don't take any prescriptions for it , preferring herbs and alternative treatments. Fingers crossed.as I write...it's gone (hopefully for good).

Doctor not accepting my Intrinsic factor A test, wants to do her own.
How will that work? Next time it could say negative as unreliable. Also said that test doesn't mean I have PA there is another test they do also alongside the IFA test to conclude PA and both have to be positive. What test does she mean exactly? Said my IFA test slightly out of range but doesn't
