Gedarel pill
Hi ladies, Just been officially diagnosed with PCOS. My GP has prescribed Gadarel pill. I haven't taken it yet because she said to start it on the first day of my period - if i don't get a period this month, should I start taking it anyway? Also is Gedarel an anti-androgen? Is it better or worse than

Contraceptive pill nolonger helping pain!
Hi all, I'm new to this forum, and am just seeking support, and if possible, would like to help anyone going through the horrible illness that is endo. I was diagnosed with mild endometriosis two years ago, and have suffered with fluctuating pain ever since (and a huge amount before diagnosis!). I've

Real truth behind milk
In fact, because
casein
is so durable and sticky, it is used as a binder in paint and as glue that holds plywood together and sticks labels to bottles. This is perfect for building a calfโs tissues but causes incalculable harm to humans.

Who's been GLUTEN/DAIRY FREE? Do you drink kefir? I need an advice
Now I went gluten/dairy free and it's been great since but I want to know about fermented milk a.k.a kefir, I've heard that has their
casein
is broken down by bifido-lacto bacteria therefore it's less risky, also while making kefir they actually they using formula so it's not real milk with cow hormones

The pill
I am 27 and suffering with bad pcos symptoms . My acne and hairs are getting worse . I have been offered yasmin or dianette . Will these help with symptoms. I now have no periods and have loads of cysts . Could this help get rid of some cysts to help fertility in the future potentially ? Does it work

I may have endo... but I don't know!
Hellooo! I'm a 25 year old with ongoing lady problems. I have not had children yet. Sorry if any of this it TMI. I've always had weird periods, but since coming off yasmin in November 2014 I've been having weirder ones... I was sent to see a gynae consultant in March 2015 after having more painful periods

Could this be endo (if not what else) and best private plan for diagnosis. Living abroad but returning for healthcare.
Posted quite a lot recently, but looking for a recommendation for private healthcare for when I return to the UK in September/October. I have no diagnosis, I had a lap with a general gynaecologist in February who wrote n/a all over by discharge sheet. I had supposedly had an ovarian cyst on the left

How long does the Combined Pill take to work?
I was diagnosed with endometriosis last August. I am fortunate it is only mild, but still have problems with pain. I was on Cilest for 9 months. Most of the time I got on very well with it but could not combine more than 2 packs together without getting pain. I think the longest I made it was 7-8 weeks

Is it endometriosis
Hi, I'm new to this. Never posted but desperate :( At 14 I started my periods, having 3 days a month of school with debilitating pain (I'd be sick, go dizzy, get chronic IBS D-type for the first 2 days). They tried me on a bunch of painkillers including codeine (and recently dihydrocodeine) and by 15

Should I come off the pill - depression?

Hashimoto's The Layered Approach and the Importance of Knowing
Interestingly if you use a homegrown kefir the bacteria modifies the milk complex to a considerable extent consuming the lactose and also it convert the fats and change the nature of the
casein
in the full fat milk. A biologically active Kiefer complex is very low on the list of allergens.

Pcos acne
Hi Anyone found any creams etc work for their pcos acne ? When I went docs my skin was having a rare good day, I don't think the doctor took me seriously . I hate having bad skin, I never used to have spots. I got offered Yasmin or dianette. I am scared to put on weight or get worse if I take the pill

So frustrating.....bit of a rant, soory
After trying Femodette and it not working (2 wks of breakthrough bleeding) Lucy has now been put on Yasmin, however she has now started vomiting due to the pain. Today, after a 4 month wait, we have seen the consultant, who in January suggested she would put her on the list for a laproscopy....however

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to make a pill change over any easier. My doctors changed my pill from the mini pill to Yasmin, as the mini pill was making my symptoms worse. However like with ever pill change over, its affecting my emotions. I'm having mood swings where one minute
