After Radical Prostatectomy PSA and Radition with/without Hormone Therapy
(
Carcinoma
metastasis in 2 of 10 removed lymph nodes). After 30 days of surgery PSA was 0,24 and now after 70 days of surgery PSA is 0.59. I know he need some more treatment. Some RO says IMRT is enough and some others says that IMRT + Hormone Therapy is much better for him.

PSA went up a little, should I be concerned?
Quick recap, after 18 months, 3 MRI 3 biopsies, the last one in November being an MP MRI guided TPUS biopsy, the report said no HGPIN and no
Carcinoma
but I had multiple areas of focal hyperplasia (I guess the start of BPH). My PSA in November was 0.21.

Anyone with SSC and breast cancer?
Was diagnosed with grade2 Invasive Ductal
Carcinoma
of the right breast last week. Im having a lumpectomy and intensive radiotherapy next week- possibly chemo aswell if there are any cells found in my lymph nodes. I know SSC has an increased cancer risk- with breast cancer the most common.

37yrs old- newly diagnosed with invasive lobular in the right breast. Debating double or single mastectomy. Advice?
I was diagnosed with multifocal invasive lobular
carcinoma
in my right breast 13 days ago and am a little shaken! So far my doctors don’t suspect any lymph node involvement and the tumor is ER+ PR+ and HER2- which is leading to an excellent prognosis.

Follow up treatment after radical prostectomy
One of my lymph nodes has metastatic adeno
carcinoma
. My doctor said I should have radiation in a few months. I have a Gleason score of 9. Did any of you have similar situation and if so, did you undergo a different treatment besides radiation.

Intro
Since then I’ve been on a number of trials, And did chemo for a year, but my cancer has morphed to small cell
carcinoma
to some extent. I’m currently on the CVD regimen. Once the COVID 19 releases its grip on MD Anderson, I should be able to engage with the trial I mentioned earlier.

VEGF Inhibitors.
Recently, research has revealed that in hepatocellular
carcinoma
, it exerts its anti-angiogenesis effect though suppressing the STAT3/HIF-1α/VEGF signaling network [139].

Sea Cucumber blocks selectin mediated metastasis
while researching untoward effects of needle seeding after biopsy I stumbled onto this article https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3402858/ seems A fucosylated chondroitin sulfate (FucCS) from sea cucumber is 4–8 fold more potent than heparin in the inhibition of LS180

Sunshine and mustard from the Napa Valley
As if dealing with MBC weren’t enough, I’m going in to hospital tomorrow for a biopsy on a spot below eyelid that may be basal
carcinoma
. I’m actually more worried about the injection anesthetizing the area than hearing results!

PIRADS 4 and Focal Hyperplasia Question
The biopsy report came back and said no HGPIN and no
carcinoma
. But it did find multiple areas of focal hyperplasia (I guess the early stages of BPH - I am currently 44 years old, and my prostate size is normal, a little on the smaller side).
