3C High Grade Serous ovarian carcinoma with no chemo
I can not find any statistics. How long is the average survival rate with only surgery (no debulking just removal) and no chemo?

Any advice after biopsy?
The
carcinoma
involves 10%, 10%, 15% and 30% of all cores. There's no cribriform architecture, or apparently any perineural, vascular or extra prostatic infiltration or extension. I'm not certain if I've got all the info needed, but it's a beginning. I'm living in country Australia. Thanks

Update to Can't treat what we can't see
There is concern the patient may be developing neuroendocrine differentiation of his prostate
carcinoma
due to his Zytiga resistance. Went to U of M to meet with my Oncologist for approval of Taxotere. He was adamant on not approving chemo at this time.

Does this sound like GCA - and what next?
So, Mum is 60 with advanced renal cell
carcinoma
. However, her cancer has been kept under control for years with a type of drug called pazopanib and has been relatively limited, although it has started growing again slightly recently.
