while researching untoward effects of needle seeding after biopsy I stumbled onto this article

seems A fucosylated chondroitin sulfate (FucCS) from sea cucumber is 4–8 fold more potent than heparin in the inhibition of LS180 carcinoma cell attachment to immobilized P- and L-selectin. Article has many other inflammation mediated aspects to it, but I wonder if Sea Cucumber might be on the table for a regimen? Anyone have further info on this
