I have been diagnosed with FM 3 years ago, just before the first COVID-19 lockdown . As almost everyone here - lots of changes in medication, no real GP appointments, uneffective Pain clinic , etc.Had to find alternatives myself.
I hate the smell of cannabis, just the smell makes me sick. So I concentrate on the CBD.
Drops are very good, kinda dull the pain but effect my head - even foggier that usual and if taken for 2 days - BP gets very low and keeps me in bed , yes with manageable pain but not functioning brain... So I take drops just when in extreme pain.
But I swear by the CBD creams/gels/etc.
The problem is the cost - 1mg CBD is costly and I still use another creams, so the bill is high.
So I started looking for how to make my own mix and finally last autumn made the best for me and anyone can do it.
The main 2 ingredients will be:
1. CBD crystals - can be bought online, check the reviews and if worry- pay for it by PayPal .
2. Hemp - can use ready made hemp jell on Amazon have many different options.
I add also- mint, milk thistle, cayenne, cloves, lavender, etc. - just check what you can find locally , can use powder or oil.
I give my creams to friends and relatives and they all ask for more - really help and anyone can do it for the fraction of the price.

Had to watch lots of YouTube videos and read lots of information about, but the final result is worth it.
