Help with Alendronic Acid Please
I had a lumpectomy for hormone related breast cancer, along with radiotherapy and then
calcium
suppliments just as Covid emerged.... I was put on Letrozole, which became increasingly unbearable due to bone pain. After a fair while and lots of complaining I was changed to Anestrozole.

Vit.D absorption.
However, despite taking Calci-D (1000mg
calcium
& 25mcg/1000IU Vit.D) my vit.D level is apparently on the low side of the normal range. (58 nmol/L) Normal range on my results sheet is set at 40.0 -250.0.

AF meds and Valium
Hi all, don't remember asking this first because I'm super worry but, please, anybody has been prescribed Valium when on Digoxin, Flecainide, Sotalol? It appears to relax me and have better sleep, and I only have it some time. I don't think it affects me as it does to others. The Cardiologist prescribed

High heart rate at night
I have had every test under the sun incuding angiogrammes and
calcium
scoring, only to conclude that there is just normal wear and tear on my heart. However recently things have been getting worse and my heart rate ( I wear a wrist monitor band) jumps upto around 90 five or six times a night.

Vitamin K2
I bought this when I was prescribed D3 &
calcium
for osteopenia, I didn’t take it and just stuck with my vitaminD3 with K2 drops. I’m nearly out of my drops but was thinking of ordering some vitamin D3 and using these alongside as they were expensive. NRV is 267 )Any advice very welcome ☺️

Fasting morning of blood test
he said he'd ask for B12, D, Folate, Ferritin,
Calcium
, Magnesium, and a few others, which seemed to cover a list I had made from this forum. So I am feeling reasonably confident that he and I can work together to get me as well as poss.

Did running make you change your diet?
It turns out it was due to a lack of nutrients mostly iron, B12 and
calcium
.

Benzo differences
So far I've been prescribed Xanax, klonopin and Ativan. While they are all effective, there a subtle and not so subtle differences between them. For me, Xanax addresses my social anxiety way more than the others, and seems to hit my brain/cognition more. Klonopin tends to be smooth and has the axiomatic

My Deficiencies
She added one more test, Ionized
calcium
which did not help much as it showed that
calcium
was in proper range. She prescribed
calcium
tablets(because of DEXA scan report) and Vitamin B-12 as it was low ( as I'm a vegetarian). One dosage of 400mg
calcium
was enough to reduce my joint pains.
