Endocrinologist
Can you clarify your post
Are you looking for advice on how to get full thyroid and vitamin testing done?
Do you have the numbers for the cortisol results & what time were they taken?
Could be PCOS + adrenal insufficiency (Addison’s). Best see what endocrinologist says. (I’m not a doctor).
I’m not quite sure what you’re putting “out there” as that pesky old spell check function seems to have done a number on the sentences in your post.
Never take as read that when a doctor uses the word “normal” in relation to thyroid function that it’s completely true.
Doctors frequently mean that your TSH is in “normal” range when they say that. That doesn’t always mean that all is well—often that’s far from from the case. If you have your actual thyroid test results we’d be happy to have a look if you’d like to post them for comment.
Sounds familiar. Drs told me my thyroid blood tests were normal. They wasn’t. I wasn’t hardly converting Levothyroxine T4 to active T3. Eventually I was put on T3 medication. This made a huge difference to my situation including increasing my very low cortisol within a couple of weeks. Are you on T3 medication. Have the Drs checked your T3 bloods. Any TSH above 2.5 is hypothyroidism. It needs to be around 1.00. If NHS won’t check your T3 then get it checked privately as advised on here.
