BEST TIME OF DAY FOR BLOOD TEST

Hi. What is the best time in the day to go and get a blood test for calcium, magnesium, B12, folate, ferritin and parathyroids. When r the levels at their highest and lowest. Thank you kindly for looking at my post.

Any iron test requires a 12 hour fast (water allowed) so it's always best to book the earliest time of the morning for that so you don't have to wait too long for your breakfast. Other than that, I haven't seen anything about circadian rhythm for all those so I don't know if there is a best time that would suit all of them to be done together.
