So being a vegi runner caught up with me recently, and my runs got really sluggish during the end of Jan and the first 2 weeks of Feb.
It turns out it was due to a lack of nutrients mostly iron, B12 and calcium. I since have adjusted my diet to include loads of greens and taking calcium suppliments and its making a difference... although I still feel like a rookie, cos I thought I had the diet thing right. ππ€£ππ€£
I keep hearing running is a great way to listen to your body, but the list keeps growing....anyone had a simmilar experience?
