I’m freaking out because I use a Cbd oil complex that takes 3 hours for me to feel as a tincture. I hold it under my tongue, but I truly don’t feel it for 2-3 hours. Now I’m convinced something is wrong with my bloodstream that it doesn’t take 15 minutes. Anyone else know anything about this? Everything says 15 minutes, it’s no placebo after 2-3 hours. Why take so long on me? I’m convinced my arteries are blocked or something. I just had a calcium score test done of my heart, and there was no buildup there. I am a little 47 year-old female.

Perhaps the anticipation of it kicking in is causing anxiety. Are you able to take it then meditate or do something you find calming? Maybe a 30 minute guided meditation? There are some wonderful ones on YouTube. Best wishes.
Tough for me to address because I have never been able to feel any effect from anything CBD related.
Have you read Dr Claire week's book hope and help for your nerves? It's highly recommended on this site for people with health anxiety it helped me through it and many others. It's $13 on Amazon sounds like you really need to get it.
I have. It’s my other Bible. As you can see, I am still being bluffed by my feelings. I love her.
Hi, what I've learned is that a lot of CBD oils may not be very effective since they're not regulated like other products. So quality may vary wildly. What I've learned as a medical patient is that CBD is most effective as part of a full-spectrum hemp oil. & your mileage may vary, but for me a ratio of 4 parts CBD to 1 part THC is the best therapeutic formula (& isn't intoxicating).
I know THC products can be difficult to obtain depending on your region, however, full-spectrum CBD oil that has a trace (& legal) percentage of THC is what you should look for.
If that's already what you're using, I suggest doubling your dose, or taking it on an empty stomach, & observing whether that makes a difference. Best of luck xx
