Panic attack at work (multiple times)
Hello world, today at work I had a series of attacks very bad I did the
breathing
exercise
. And they worked. Is it possible to have attacks when on meds? And should I ask for a higher dose? Thanks to all who reply to my misery.

Breathing Exercise 2: How to cough up what's not supposed to be there...
When you first stop smoking, you may feel that you have more phlegm and mucus on your chest This may cause you to feel a bit rattly and as though you need to ' cough something up'... Doesn't sound very nice, I know but this is a good sign. At the end of the day, you are only coughing up what is not

Breathing exercise 3: To slow down a busy mind and help with a good nights rest...
The more you practice this
breathing
exercise
, the easier it should become every-time.

Breathing
exercise
- Depending on how you breathe can determine how you are left feeling; more energised, more relaxed, happier, sometimes you can even be left feeling quite anxious if you are not breathing properly. So have a practice in learning the best technique for yourself.

Visualisation
Visual images can take your mind out for some
exercise
when the body can not get out of bed though it can be quite tiring finding home through the fog.

Crazy anxiety, every day
I've tried counseling in the past, prayer, meditation, getting more
exercise
,
breathing
techniques, almost anything anyone can think of.

The Sixty Steps
The Sixty Steps were built by a Victorian era developer to give access to a lower street and pedestrian bridge across the River Kelvin here in Glasgow. A few years back, people in the neighborhood complained of the council not keeping the steps swept, etc., only to discover the steps are cooperatively

My B12 count in December was 2000 it was checked because I felt dreadful and thought I needed extra injections. Why do I still feel so awful
My

. Did I have PA do I still have PA. I also had my Active B12 done but they completed the wrong test and still charged me. What should I do?

Anyone else experienced this? I keep waking up with jolts of extreme anxiety. Loosing sleep from it.
You know when you're falling asleep and you suddenly wake up again because you've stepped off a curb in your dream, or fallen off a cliff and it jolts you awake? Well I seem to be getting it from the other end - I will sleep for 4 or 5 hours then get a huge surge of anxiety which wakes me up. I feel

Realising that I have a problem
During the past 8 days I've been signed off work with ""bronchitus"" . I'm increasingly convinced that this is not bronchitus at all but my first bad prolongued asthma experience. None of the things my GP surgery have told me bear any relationship to the pattern of asthma that I experience. I have

Progress and help request
I have serious medical problems and can only
exercise
whilst using a CPAP
breathing
machine, or my airways will collapse. Can anyone give any advice on exercise ? I can't stand for long and use crutches. I have a long way to go yet.

Psychosomatic Asthma
Does anybody have any advice for how to deal with asthma that's purely in your head? I've had asthma since birth so I'm well aware of my triggers and carefully avoid them but if for whatever reason, I find myself without an inhaler e.g it occasionally runs out or it gets misplaced, I almost instantly
