Progress and help request

Hi everyone. I have been doing the programme for nearly 4 weeks now. I have lost 1.5 inches from waist and 3kg in weight. I have serious medical problems and can only exercise whilst using a CPAP breathing machine, or my airways will collapse. Can anyone give any advice on exercise ? I can't stand for long and use crutches. I have a long way to go yet.

Dear Clare86, you must discuss this with your GP. As much as we can support you, not one of us can advise you due to your health problems. You have done so well losing the 3kg, don't give up but please seek the RIGHT advice. Well done and good luck.

Thank you, my GP is pretty stuck as i have such rare conditions, it's. Really tricky to manage when so many people know so little about the disease.

I'm with Candystripe, I think it's something that you need to speak to your GP about. But you have already done so well losing those 3kg!

Well done for attempting excersise with your cpap machine, as your condition is serious perhaps speaking to a physiotherapist would be safer option good luck.
