I’d like to contribute with people taking palbociclib. The first article below (Google the titles please) suggest possible increase in PFS and the second (that diectly can affect my wife’s treatment) will be presented this week in a conference. Drug-drug interactions between palbociclib and proton pump

Hi Everyone, My mum completed 15 fractions of radiotherapy during her breast cancer treatment and we have now learnt that this has caused fibrosis of her left lung. Does anyone have any information on this? I have been on Google and scared myself senseless! Thanks x

I'm new here and feeling blessed
Hi everyone - so good to see all the wonderful support on this site. I was diagnosed in April/May this year (following a recall on routine mammogram) with 9mm invasive lobular carcinoma left breast and had a lumpectomy with target wide local excision and sentinel lymph node biopsy on the 18th May.

CT scan revealed I am stable
Best Christmas present I could have. My MBC is stable. The liver lesions are also stable. Although Exemestane and Everolimus have not so good side effects if they are controlling everything it is a small price to pay. I hope you are all coping. Best wishes and have a good weekend everyone 🥰😘

Yikes - progression! 😳
Hi all - I am in need of suggestions. I have mets to my spine & been 2-1/2 years on Ibrance & Faslodex. After a recent jump in tumor markers I had a CT scan, which showed "disease progression". I do know it has NOT progressed to any internal organs, but that's all I know at this point. Appointment

Tumor markers rising
My tumor marker has went up to 146 from 72 in July .the onc in Houston told me I have to start other meds because they saw progression and he says it’s not working anymore. I currently tak Ibrance and letrozole sinc nov 2018. My question is how much does your onc place importance on your markers.?

Yearly scanxiety :(
Hello everyone! I just want to ask for any advice on how to cope with scanxiety these days. My mom is a dyalisis patient, she is 46 and she had a lung canceroid in 2019, which was removed. Then 2020 we found out she had BC and that was also removed and only followed by tamoxifen and some radiation.
