Why is totally suppressed TSH only for post thyroid cancer patients
If this question has been asked before...sorry, I missed it. I know that Drs often times want post thyroid cancer patients to have a suppressed TSH to keep cancer from returning. If suppressed TSH keeps it from returning, why wouldn't one want it suppressed to keep thyroid cancer from starting? I just

Hi guys, So my health anxiety tends to come in rounds. Recently, I've thought I had a brain tumor. Headaches on Tapentadol? I’ve just started Tapentadol ER 100mg x2 3 weeks ago from spine problems, chronic migraines, and CRPS. I had been on fentanyl patches 37.5mcg for several years, doing wonderfully with a healthy quality of life, but my insurance company kicked me off of them - I’m in USA and apparently

Possible cause of Parkinson's
I'm just wondering if it could have been a gut flora problem, which I read recently might be linked to the
death
of dopamine producing neurons in the
brain
. Anybody else have this problem before being diagnosed? Could be big...or not.

Meningitis
My mum is at risk of meningitis and I’m afraid that if she doesn’t recover I will have to look after her and my severely autistic brother by myself. On Saturdays I have to go to my part time job and am still in school. Does ANYONE have ANY reassurance??

Decision made re shingles jab
Hi again. After reading all your helpful comments and having thought about it for days, I have just cancelled my shingles jab. On balance this is not the time to introduce further risks. Thanks everyone.

2019: Will Medicare Cover Parkinson's ?
Here's where we stand as noted by Kirk Hall in his blog www.shakypawsgrampa.com. (Of course who knows what will happen over the next two years with the idiot in the Whitehouse backed by gutless members of the POT). Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a challenging condition as it is, but the fact that it is

Are you still looking for help?
If you are wondering why you still can't get a diagnosis this may help you. Toxic Mold and Lyme Disease often go hand in hand and cause symptoms in all sorts of ways including those associated with thyroid problems. This may give you a few clues: https://toxicmoldproject.com/?idev_id=22&idev_username
