I did get relief by receiving two sets of botulism in five trunk muscles. Had two MRIs one of lumbar and one of pelvis. All they saw was enlarged sciatic nerve at Ischeal Tuberosity. Pain Dr recommended epidural since I can’t sit well and when lying down I feel like a ball is in rectum.
