Folate & Vitamin B12; SAMe & Methyl.
This is prompted by a post from BBruce: "Stay away from Vitamin B12" I reviewed the folate-PCa literature 2 years ago. B12 is covered in that post. What seemed lacking in the new thread was context, IMO. A number of the B vitamins feed into 'one-carbon metabolism' (a term that is usually found in PCa

horrible run today ... but 1 left to graduation
not sure why but it was just really hard today... felt crap all the way round, and the usual euphoria was replaced by exhausted relief at doing 30 mins (plus a couple of extra mins at the end, but very slow)... wondering if it was because its quite warm today... didn't sleep well last night, bit stressed

Are Processed Vegan Foods Harmful? Dietician Reveals the Truth: "If it came from a plant, eat it; if it was made in a plant, don’t.”
Are Processed Vegan Foods Harmful?
It’s widely understood that you should avoid packaged food products whose nutrition labels read like a textbook. We’ve all seen ingredients like Butylated HydroxyAnisole, Titanium Dioxide, and Xantham Gum, and wondered what these names mean and whether

Soya lecithin and Hashimotos
Hi I’ve just bought some Solgar high potency B vitamins to support my adrenals. I’ve just notice they contain soya lechitin. Will they do me more harm than good, or will they be safe to take to save wasting them? Thank you.

Blood test comparison vegan vs whole food plant based
I just came across this video of someone who was on a whole food plant based for 2.5 years and returned to a processed vegan diet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHeQNNSlvJw By examining his blood test results it shows that a processed vegan diet has a risk of diabetes. Cholesterol is higher as well
