Rakeshdeepak Please post your daily diet broken down by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Since you are young your pancreas may still be producing enough insulin and you may be able to control and possibly reverse diabetes .
I am wake up 7am and 7.15 to 8 am walking in society and 8.30 take breakfast Poha or paratha after that 1.30 or 2pm take lunch and dinner take on 9pm.
I am not taking any tea or coffee
Poha and Paratha are Simple Carbohydrates that cause sudden spikes in blood sugar. Many in this forum have benefitted from lowering their carbohydrate intake. I wrote this answer for someone else.
May I suggest you try this for 1-2 days and measure the difference.
1. Measure Fasting
2. Same day Avoid carbohydrate consumption for just breakfast. Avoid any fruits as well which are carbohydrates. Instead, have 2 eggs boiled or poached/fried and have some curd with it.
3. Take a 2 hour PP after breakfast.
If the spike is less than 10-20 points we can say that a carbohydrate-restricted diet may be best for you to control blood sugar. Please report back your numbers for the benefit of the community.

Please consult your doctor to discuss any diet changes before you do anything to be on the safe side of things. Call the doctor's office and schedule an appointment for this week coming up. Please let us know what you find out.
