Hi Billy58. I have been told I have blood pressure on the high side. So, I need to look into things that will help. Beetroot is suppose to be good, but I am not a fan so will have to keep looking.

I look for things on the internet that may be good. The internet says: "Beet-root". I have been T1 for 52 years & (a long time) I would rather do some natural healthy type of food rather than more tablets. I don't sit still which it probably makes my head work harder? Thank you, Concerned.

High blood sugar is responsible for high BP.

You can follow the DASH diet.
