Any bladder issues while on taxotere
I posted earlier that I had to be catheterized. The urologist removed the catheter but I am still having issues with my bladder working properly. I was given self catheters which I am using. I was told that it can take awhile for bladder to wake up after catheter. I was wondering if anyone else experienced

Reminder to new MTX users - your sensitivity to the sun is likely to be increased.
The weather has been so awful that I had forgotten that I had read about this side-effect. Yesterday, I enjoyed a lovely, lazy day watching the bees buzzing around the dandelion flowers in my knee height grass (we're doing No May May) and basking in the weird warmth of the shining orb. I now resemble

Pissing Problems Return
Hello Fellow Warriors! Started two weeks ago with a UI, but was able to empty the tank with some burning and pissing very often. Started on an antibiotic. That didn't help, so on to a different antibiotic that started last Friday. Pissing became more difficult that next day and Sat night thought

Why wait?
My PSA jumped from 0.3 to 0.5 and the lymph node mets grew about 10% according to the latest CT scan. I am on a trial with the combo of abiraterone and apalutamide. Previously: RP, radiation x 2, and taxotere chemo. I “progressed” after each of these. Has anyone on the forum seen things turn around

Unusual urine colour and LFT results
My friend noticed the colour of his urine change and had been like that for about three months now. It appeared as if there was blood in the urine. He went for a urine analysis and culture, but the result was fine. He was advised to do a kidney test which result also came out fine. To further diagnose

Anaesthesia with compensated cirrhosis
I'm due to have a hysteroscopy as a matter of some urgency. This procedure can be done with or without anaesthetic, but given the excruciating pain I suffered during a recent endometrial biopsy, I want to have an epidural anaesthetic for this next investigation. Does anyone have experience of epidural

Diarrhea after radiation
I'm having a recurrence 15 years after seeds and EBRT. The PSMA scan and a whole-body mpMRI seemed to indicate the only lesion on my T8 vertebra. So last month I had five fractions of proton beam therapy to that vertebra. For those who don't know, the T8 is very near the midpoint of the back, nowhere
