feeling worried
hi I had an angiogram on the 12th December it has come back as diagnosis 2 vessel disease and I don’t really understand the diagnostic findings as they look really scary. I don’t know what happens now as nothing else has been said yet. They have increased the Bisoprolol to 2.5mg and put me on ISMN SR

PVCs again and again!
Still seem to be getting more than my fair share of PVCs recorded on my Kardia. Yesterday every hourly reading recorded SR with premature ventricular contractions. Fed up with it as I'm really aware of them. I've taken an extra bisoprolol today and am hoping that helps.....I guess I'm going to have

New to Site after Shock Diagnosis of AF
I would like advice from those on the forum with similar experiences of the AF journey. I am newly diagnosed and feeling pretty scared. In particular I'd like to know how long it took most people to get the right meds and dosages. I was started on Bisoprolol 2.5mg but because I was still symptomatic

Psvt bisoprolol and flecanide
HiI suffer with psvt which 'touch wood' seems to now be under control with bisoprolol and flecanide. I haven't had an episode since Aug 2021. I was regularly having to go to hospital for the dreaded adenosine. I had been told chocolate can cause episodes or spicy foods and alcohol. I had noticed if

Decongestant and SVT episodes
SInce starting bisoprolol about 6 months ago I've had almost no significant SVT episodes (palpitations). That is until last night and this morning when I've had several lasting 5 minutes or so. It was actually the first time an episode has started during sleep. I've been taking Tesco cold and flu

Hi and Merry Christmas. Not sure I'm posting this in the right place, new to the forums but il try to keep it short. After years of experiencing AF I was diagnosed with Wolff Parkinson White about 9 years ago and I was prescribed various beta blockers over the years but they never really agreed with me

Flecainide and Digoxin
My first post after lurking a good while and sorry if it is over long, I am very confused at present, being diagnosed has been such a shock. In feb 2022 I spent 3 days in hospital with Afib and high blood pressure (180/104) no symptoms or pain etc, discharged with bisoprolol, ramipril and rivaroxaban

Garmin HR export to PDF?
When I first noticed my heart playing up in 2020, my son gave me a Garmin ForeRunner 735xt watch which I've worn night & day since, even through my recent hospital stay. It shows how Bisoprolol calmed my heart down beautifully. Yesterday I noticed how earlier it had suddenly spiked briefly asymptomatically

I had a heart attack in September and since then have an irritable right nostril which constantly runs and now bleeds slightly. I take 1.25mg bisoprolol, 12mg eplerenone, 2.5mg ramipril and 2 x 90mg brilique. Has any member experienced this side effect before and, if so, how did you resolve it. I

Newbie first post on here.
Morning all, hope everyone is well and warm this cold Sunday morning. Just thought I'd introduce myself as I've just recently joined the forum but I'm also on the bhf and health unlocked site too so here's a brief outline of my journey so far. I've been under the cardiologist for 3 years now with ectopics

Back in hospital with fast atrial flutter.
I’m in my local hospital with atrial flutter (and some good old AF) at about 150 bpm (following a bypass about a week ago). This seems to switch on when I sit up in bed or get out of bed. Blood pressure is low at 94/59. It’s too dangerous to cardiovert at the moment. They’ve increased the Bisoprolol
