Bisoprolol high and low dose

After leaving hospital in June I was put on 10 mg with more breathless issues and breathing cut off at night my GP increased me to 15mg amd I was leaving a normal life all be it I need a afternoon nap . I just had the first correspondence with a Cardio doctor who informed the GP and myself to cut it to 5mg I did this Thursday the last two days my breathing has got worse the air flow cut off at night returned last lift between 11 am 1am I took 10 mg extra back to 15 mg but 230 I was back in bed and slept great

Now my echo was fine my CT was normal my heart monitor showed palpitations but not AF (only 24 hour) no apnea in the doctors view

I have had covid and pneumonia early this year January and June

11 days on hospital in tne summer over two spells due to high heart rate (178) breathing issue

With this dose I can walk 8 miles no problem on 5mg the stairs isn’t easy

Any thoughts
