What supplements to avoid if taking levo for hypothyroidism
Greetings, can anyone tell me if I should be avoiding any of these supplements? I have been taking them a long time and now I had half my thyroid removed and I take 75 mg levo. I am wondering if it is a good idea to continue with them.. I take all of them 4 hours away from the levo. 3 brazil nuts

Should I stay on spravato? (Ketamine)
Don't know what to do, I want to stay on ketamine but I can't stand the sleep deprivation and insomnia. I was up for 4 days last week. I'm afraid ketamine has fucked up my brain chemistry for good. I've tried trazodone, benadryl, vistaril, melatonin, valerian. Nothing works. I've had 6 sessions. My

Gabapentin/Iron/Sleep
I have seen a sleep doctor yesterday. We talked about Gabapentin, iron, and some other items. He reminded me of things we have all talked about regarding PLMD or RLS: To take Magnesium and Calcium several hours away from the Gabapentin. To take iron tablets with Vitamin C. He said it would be

New - Additional Treatment Regimen
Good afternoon everyone. I’m about to add several natural items to my daily pill intake. I also started taking 2 tablespoons of papaya leaf extract a day this week to hopefully increase my platelets. In addition to the supplements in the ohoto I’m taking 60mg of melatonin a day The attached photo

Increased heart rate and energy in the middle of the night
Please, can you help me determine why I’m having these bright eyed and bushy tailed episodes lasting hours in the wee hours of the night? 3:20 am and I still have not fallen asleep. My heart beat it stronger in the middle of the night than during the day (unless I’m exerting myself) Is this likely

Welcome to my nightmare!!
I keep thrashing around and carrying on at night, including in one occasion falling out of the other side of the bed. (I was catching a big wave!). My husband cannot handle this. I am worried as I am heading overseas on holiday and will be staying with extended family. For part of the trip I won’t be

Is there any point to take DHEA and melatonin for a chance in natural conception?
Hi everyone, I’ve been away for a while going through a fresh round of egg collection abroad and we got 4 Agrade embryos on ice after a short protocol. I still have one last embryo in the UK which I’ll be transferring next cycle. My question is since I’d already ordered DHEA and melatonin a few months

CHAPTER 6.THE SEARCH FOR HOPE "OUTSIDE" THE BUBBLE: OTHER NEUROLOGISTS, OTHER MEDICINES, OTHER DISEASES...
Explanation: I would like to share this chapter with all of you. Because of a worsening in my mother's health, I don't know when I will be able to resume the English translation of my book on curing Parkinson's. I will be sharing some chapters in this extraordinary forum. I have to stop my investigation

Spravato and dizziness update
So here's the deal with my situation. I don't think the dizziness is coming from the spravato. Because after a session the dizziness pretty much subsides and only starts up again in the morning. I think there's a conflict with something else I'm on, probably klonopin. I take .5 in the am, .5 in the afternoon

Effects of melatonin prolonged-release on both sleep and motor symptoms in Parkinson's disease: a preliminary evidence.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/35536495/
Results
: Sleep latency significantly decreased from T0 to T1, but no other significant differences were found in PSG parameters. Melatonin PR treatment significantly reduced the ESS scores from T0 to T1, while the PSQI scores presented a trend of improvement

Rank Neutraceuticals / Off-Label Drugs By Most Likely Most Beneficial
I'm curious about the opinions of members here on how they would currently rank Neutraceutical and off-label use drugs in order of highest benefit potential (most confirming clinical trial evidence combined with actual therapeutic or synergistic therapeutic effect) in slowing/stopping PCa progression

Melatonin
I just watched this and it was fascinating. I know this is not double blind study quality, but I like his style and philosophy. Melatonin does not have a LD50. None. zero. It is near the end but worth the wait. IMO. https://www.chrisbeatcancer.com/dr-russel-reiter-on-the-miraculous-benefits-of-melatonin

Life left to live?
I know we have talked about this subject before. I am an Australian and I appreciate this forum’s advice. I was told I was metastatic in October 2021. I had a PSMA pet scan which pointed out I had a infected Lymph node just outside my Prostate bed area. I started Lucian (spelt differently in Australia

How A Banana Before Bed Can Help You Sleep Better
But did you know bananas can also help you sleep? It turns out; this beloved fruit is the perfect sleep aid. It provides several vitamins and minerals that can improve the quality of your sleep. Bananas reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate muscle cramps, and regulate your sleep-wake cycle with serotonin

What causes muscle spasms and twitching after meals?
Hi, my hubby has been going through a rough patch since before Christmas after a long period of doing very well. He was taking 3 madopar 62.5 per day. He had been sleeping well with 5mg melatonin but then stopped being able to sleep and became increasingly anxious dreading night, and had to pee 3-4
