A broken heart affects thyroid markers especially FT4
It's known that there is such a thing as a broken heart after
bereavement
or other loss of partner - it's called the takotsubo syndrome because first found in Japan. This paper explores what happens to thyroid markers in this case. Danger of heart literally exploding in profound grief.

Sooo, T3 update and queries again. Sorry, but boy have I messed this up!! Long post... :(
Have had 6 years of stress - work, relationship and
bereavement
so could well be that? Am back at work tomorrow after 2 weeks off. Have been given new teaching for next year and I have to prep, which means I have to read, understand, process, plan and regurgitate.

Ultrasound or fibroscan or both?
Pressure of work, which has a drinking culture,
bereavement
, divorce, you name it! Last few years I’ve been drinking most nights and it started to give me anxiety and insomnia.

First Counselling Session
They’ve always been there for me so it feels like a
bereavement
. She won’t speak to me, she’s blocked my numbers and every social media and I feel so alone without her. Counsellor said that there is basically nothing I can do and I need to ride it out and wait it out.

Hi, Due to a family
bereavement
I have a Motomed Viva (arm&leg motions), for sale and I am reaching out to see if anyone is interested. It's a few years old but only been used twice and is still in very good working order. Thank you David

The long term goal?
Last time just after I completed it I was knocked flat by a
bereavement
so didn’t get to find out what happens when the programme is complete. Now, I’m started to think about the long term goal. What will it be like? Will I run 3 times a week?

AN UNEXPECTED FIRST 10KM
I woke up this morning feeling a bit stiff after long hours spent behind the wheel, following a family
bereavement
, so wasn't expecting too much from today's run. I've been, up till this point, following ju-ju magic plan for distance and I was supposed to have run an 8km today.

I can't go on
I've been seeing a good and caring grief therapist for most of the time since Mom's passing, I've been going to Zoom
bereavement
groups and I've even had friends who've reached out to me, but none of it takes the pain or hopelessness away, and most of the time I'm in tears just wanting the pain and emptiness
