Hi Caza I'm looking for your views and thoughts about how to cope with grief in loss, that you have experienced personally, and what helped and what to avoid.

Naturally, if it is too distressing, I would not expect you to contribute, but sometimes writing actually does help, no pressure at all.

hi Chloe most of us who attend counselling probably don`t go in with a plan because we are usually trapped in our thoughts but if we could make a little plan and highlight three of the most important things we want out of counselling it would go a long way in that support being successful doesn`t really need to be three even one would do.
