I have been lurking again. I’ve previously been a member ( but not for a very long time!) and feel the need to connect again if you’ll have me 🤞
I lost my way a little over the last year or so, due to family bereavement, work stress, moving house and my partner being made redundant and definitely confirmed to myself that I am an emotional eater.

I do feel ready to embrace the challenge again and do this for me! I am 50 in December and want to be a fitter, slimmer me as I enter my 50th year - it’s my present to myself 🎁
I have decided however, that I am not going to become a slave to the scales - that really doesn’t work for me, (a slight gain and I throw the towel in) so I’m going to track my calories using MFP, have restarted Couch to 5k and am going to record monthly measurements instead of weight.
I would still like to be part of this community, but won’t be joining a weigh in group. Hope that’s okay 👌
