Reflux??
Those of you who have acid reflux, does it fill your mouth with a soapy taste, and your nose with a soapy smell that burns the back of your nose and throat? It's a bit like when you ' re having a bath and get soap in your mouth and nose!! I take Lansoprazole.

Teeth & Gums
Hi I have stopped smoking for nearly 4 months now after 25 years. I am getting really bad aching in my gums and teeth and also a lot of blood when brushing and flossing. Is this normal and if so how long can I expect it to continue? Many thanks

Does anxiety cause any of you throat issues?
I know I have posted a lot of anxiety and symptom stuff lately but my reasoning in joining this forum is because my health anxiety is the worst it has ever been. :/ Anywho, I think my coming down with a cold 5 weeks ago set this anxiety trend off...the cold gave me oral thrush, I got rid of the thrush

ADVICE PLEASE ON DENTAL TREATMENT
I am suffering with toothache at the moment, my own fault really as I have had a fear of dentists since I was a child, I have severe copd and cough most of the time, I am on 24hour oxygen and rarely leave my apartment, the thought of having to keep my mouth open while a dentist works on my teeth is

Oral Thrush and I am a hypochondriac and have bad health anxiety. I'm panicking over feeling muscle weakness and fatigue and stomach issues.
Hey guys! Looking for someone to help calm me down. I just turned 30 last week and in good health. I came down with a post nasal drip cold two weeks ago and although I never had a runny nose, it gave me severe dry mouth and throat. Went to the urgent care doctor twice last week since my doctor is booked

I have been experiencing throat pain (soreness, tightness) everyday for about 3 or 4 days now. I would get the pain randomly months before and it would go away but this time its not. I also have a tingling feeling in my mouth and jaw as well. I have ear pressure when I breathe Out I can feel the pressure

lupus and tonsillitis
I have SLE, but how does this affect other infections? I am currently suffering with tonsillitis don't want to bother the GP yet. Does anyone know if having SLE will mean our immune system is better at fighting viruses and bacteria, or does it struggle with this?

Hello all - two weeks ago I had vision problems and swiftly had diagnosis of inflammation in the back of the eye. I'm am due to start a course of steroids and immunosupressants on Friday. I've just turned 31 (male). The eye consultant is convinced it's Behcet's. Reading all the accounts does fill me
