Feels like I've been to dentist
Yes, and apparently I must grind my teeth when Im asleep.. My face was swollen on one side too. I think I work my jaw a lot, just dont know when Im doing it. I went to the dentist, had him check it out. There was filling missing. Im ok now. not everyting is PD related either,
feel better soon. x
Does it affect both upper and lower lips? Tongue?
My husband has numbness on one side of his tongue on one side and it makes it hard for him to feed himself, since he doesn't know if the implement is in right. We figured out that when he had skin cancer surgery on that side of his face. The Tri-geminal nerve goes to the face but also part of it goes into the side of the tongue. We don't think it's PD related.
I find I drool periodically when I am in bed sleeping...and sometimes in the late afternoon or evening when I am sitting watching TV..feel so foolish when I catch myself and wipe my mouth...
I also grind my teeth...or when I put my finger in my mouth it feels like a continual biting down ..but on a very fine scale...I have actually worn groves in teeth and the dentist has filled them in and made them more even...
