T3 and optimal vitamin plan
As per my previous post, I will soon be starting a T3 trial. It was mentioned that my vitamins levels need to be optimal so I have invested in the following supplements (pic attached) I hope I have got the right combination!? I will continue using the iron ferrous sulphate as prescribed by doc -

Wiggly and wobbly legs from iron deficiency?
Anyone feel the RLS in their legs and everything, and then when you try to get up and move around you just feel too weak to keep standing? These past 2 days have been bad. I don’t know how to stop the restlessness. I was drifting in and out of sleep at around 11:30 PM, and every time I woke up I’d

Taken just over 2yrs of asking and a LOT of hurdles.. but finally! I have a 3mth trial or Liothyronine. Can anyone offer advice to make the best of this trial please? Only yesterday I ordered some vitamin D but I’m assuming I should hold off on starting that now? I’m also taking ferrous sulphate as

Not aching quite so much now. Seems to be my calve muscle feeling it the most. I’m using the Epsom salts and followed a simple yoga stretching class on you tube before I went out. I’m still not running with ease at this stage. Has anyone repeated week 1 before moving on. Or do I just move

Iron ferritin levels
Hello, My ferritin level is 35 so my doctor has given me ferrous sulphate tablets. 200 mg. take one tablet twice a day. I have been reading on here that ferrous bicglycinate has better results. Would you advise me to continue with the ferrous sulphate, or change to ferrous bicglycinate. Thanks

Random Question - Barium Liquid
When I was diagnosed with Crohn’s I had to do an MRI scan. When I did it, I was asked to drink the barium contrast liquid. This gave me bloody diarrhoea almost instantly and the worst cramps I had ever experienced in my life. Has anyone with Crohn’s had a similar experience?

Withdrawing from Ropinirole & is the iron the correct iron?
I have written previously about my experience with rls and augmentation. For about 3 weeks now I have been cutting the 0.25mg Ropinirole tablets in half and with 50mg Tramadole capsules am experiencing serious withdrawal with an average of 2 to 3 hours sleep achieved each night but at 20 to 30 minute

Painful feet with Lupus?
Hello lovely peeps. I was diagnosed with lupus nephritis last week and started cyclophosphamide yesterday. I have noticed this week that when I have a bath it is really painful on my feet, like it is when you submerge a burnt body part in hot water. They then mark up with pin pricks as do my legs though

Hello Beloved family. All well and having a quiet restful day I hope. Merely to complain because I can. I thought computers and connectivity were supposed to make our life better. Whatever better is. I find myself as years go by becoming more frustrated by electronics which are far from simple
