New medication for boosting immunity against covid19
Hello everyone from snowy NY. My spouse received his first kidney transplant 11/2018 and I just told him about this news. Apparently, there is a new IV infusion for people who are very immunocompromised to help improve their health from getting covid19, since the vaccinations were not working as hoped

starting again!
hello, I was running around 10 miles in my mid fifties following post surgical PE at 50. Covid in 2022 set off severe flare of Ulcerative Colitis (had since 25) and PE. Spent a year recovering started couch to 5k in January having built up fitness walking and cycling. Doing well then got knocked back

I had a trip to London on Tuesday to work on a show and that was pretty tiring. I'd run on Monday, hoping for 30 minutes, but surrendering at 23. So the 30 minute run was Wednesday ... but no, just too tired. Thursday? Nah. So today, for sure. I got up early and put my running gear on, did two lots of

Chest specialists Cyprus/Holiday insurance advice
Hi, I haven't travelled abroad since late 2019, when I was diagnosed with bronchiectasis, due to Covid concerns. I know many people on this forum have travelled extensively since the start of the pandemic and I'm planning to go to wedding in Cyprus in June - I understand Greek Cypriots are more

Hypothyroid symptoms but normal test results
Thank you in advance for any insight. These are my test results, sourced from a private company - Randox. I would be hugely grateful for any help in interpreting these or my symptoms. I have experienced severe weight gain - which NOTHING will shift including weight loss drugs. I have had a hormonal

abscess in groin
I have got an abscess in my groin. I am on my third lot of antibiotics and have been violently throwing up and have been told that some of my stomach lining has come. You know my problem with eating due to pain and I have just read about gastritis. Does anybody else have this and does it go with thyroid

No Spring Covid Vaccination for AF patients
I had a Covid vaccination in January of this year and, fortunately, didn’t get any ectopics or other side-effects which I have had in the past following the vaccine. I was told to have another jab after 90 days (that is how long the vaccine is effective for, apparently), but it seems that the Spring

I was planning on starting Eliquis today (really I am supposed to start it on Tuesday but I will be traveling) but I think I have covid, (tested negative but it is abdominal/fever/hurty skin and similar symptoms to my last round of covid). New here
Hi everyone. I’m new here. 32 weeks pregnant and experiencing severe urethral pain for over a month. Doctors think the baby is on the nerves supplying the urethra. Cystoscopy was clear, no uti. Has anyone ever had this experience? Constant urge to pee and lightning bolts every few minutes shooting down

first orthotics
disappointed. The podiatrist hardly looked at the foot and spent most of the appointment typing then without any measurements or gait test said he’s ordered me a pair that would arrive by post in the fullness of time. I suspect these will be no better than the well known brand I ordered online and
