Tough run today W4R2 repeat
The morning was already bad enough having to go to the dentist without risking an
injury
from slipping over. I waited till I was
back
before running. My god what a horrible run. Everything from my knees down hurt plus as I neared home I developed both back and tummy ache.

Deja Vu. CEBOC may not be working.
So after great results from chemo and again two months after, I've come crashing down again 😔. Ca125 has started rocketing again just as it did in February, three months after chemo. They've brought my CT scan forward to next week with a review the week after. To say I'm gutted, scared, weary and a

Tiny salamander’s huge genome may harbor the secrets of regeneration.
No problem: They grow

injury
that doesn’t kill it,” said Parker Flowers, postdoctoral associate in the lab of Craig Crews, the John C.

Beginning to wonder if this is the right place for me.
Still not
back
at work nearly 4 weeks after
injury
, but don't know when this will happen, other half hopes it's after this note runs out on Friday when I see my gp again, but I just don't feel ready. Do as you can see thats why I'm not sure if I'm in the right place. Xx

Colomycin Treatment
I was prescribed colomycin about 5 years ago for bronchiectasis. I nebulize it twice a day. My concern is that although I feel quite good I haven't had a review of my condition or given a sample of mucus for over a year and feel as if I've been forgotten. I have been working with medical students

thank you
Ahh, just wanted to say thank you to all of you that are so knowledgeable about the thyroid. I am always amazed at what you know and how you analyse it. I am Hashi and though I have tried to understand it, the chemistry bemuses me and I try and learn from this forum. There are so many amazing people

Spring 2020 Half Marathon Group 😄 My race is cancelled, what can I do?
As many of you know this was a comeback race for me; a line in the sand to show that ten months on from
injury
I had come
back
better before.
That meant my overriding reason for this race was a PB. Not so easy on a solo run, but maybe not impossible.
★ Is bling important?

My Couch to 5K journey...never give up! 🙂
Alas, I have spent my fair share of time on the
injury
couch too 😫 - but hey, I always came
back
- hopefully a little more knowledgeable and maybe even a tiny bit wiser! 😉 I mostly love to run on my own but also enjoy taking part in organised events (the bling!

I'm back after injury
I'm back, graduated six months ago and was really enjoying running again after years of sitting on my backside, my knees swelled and I gave up, but I'm going again but going to take more rest between runs this time...

Running really has become a way of life for me now and, despite picking up the occasional
injury
, I can't ever see me stopping. I think
back
to what I put my body through during the first 43 years of my life and, frankly, I'm still amazed even to be able to run to the end of the street!

Ladies, would you date me?
It's hard to get
back
in the game with a severe
injury
and all the things that go with it. So, I'm asking if it's even worth looking.

Really needing to get back to running!
Anybody else managed to come
back
after five or six weeks of
injury
and illness? How did you find it? Sorry for the rant but just needed to have a bit of a wail!

Does every achievement lead to another target ... or is that just me!
I’ve been running without looking at my watch since coming
back
from
injury
, so until I’d left the funnel I only knew how I felt, not how I’d done: my legs felt fine, my foot felt fine, I did feel a bit nauseous/breathless but not as red, hot, sweaty and disorientated as I used to in the good old days

That’s Wk 8 done!
especially having had an
injury
in week 1 which set me
back
- wasn’t sure whether I would walk again properly let alone run! Triage nurse in A&E told me I had the onset of arthritis - how wrong was he - my joints feel stronger now than they have ever been!

Pelvic floor pain
Hello again ladies! I am 10 weeks post rectocele repair and started seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist ( https://www.physiomobility.com/pelvic-floor-physiotherapy-toronto-north-york/ ) this week to strengthen my pelvic floor and hopefully prevent further prolapses in the future. We'll, she assessed

Missed runs
I had been running with my daughter but had an
Injury
so took a week off.
Back
out with her today and we both did week 7 run 2 which is also 25 mins. Would it make a big difference if I just continued the runs with her and just tried to fit it an extra run here and there?
