Ahh, just wanted to say thank you to all of you that are so knowledgeable about the thyroid. I am always amazed at what you know and how you analyse it. I am Hashi and though I have tried to understand it, the chemistry bemuses me and I try and learn from this forum. There are so many amazing people here to help you. So, thank you; Greygoose/Matz/oh and so many others that I apologise for not remembering. I seem to cope okay but am taking so many vitamins etc I feel like a walking test tube but I have a lady here in Portugal that helps me and seems to understand things. So once again, thank you All.

It is good you have someone who can also advise you in Portugal. When levo doesn't work so well and you're new to hypothyroidism we just don't have any clue as to why we're not improving as we think we should.
